Local van delivery
Free local delivery is available on orders over £50. Orders below £50 may carry a delivery charge, which is displayed before checkout.
Eligible next-working-day local orders must be placed before the 8pm cut-off. The website will show the delivery dates currently available for your postcode.
Nationwide delivery
We supply customers throughout the UK. Nationwide delivery availability and charges depend on the delivery address and the products ordered. Chilled, frozen, perishable or unusually large products may have delivery restrictions. The options available to you will be shown at checkout.
Collection
Collection is available Monday to Friday, 6am–1pm, from Unit 13B, Tanfield North Industrial Estate, Stanley, County Durham DH9 9UU. Please wait until your order is ready before travelling.
Adding to an existing order
Eligible local-delivery customers may add products to an existing order before the stated cut-off. The original order details and delivery address must match for security.
Variable-weight joints
For selected meat joints, your card is authorised using the maximum advertised weight. We enter the actual weight before dispatch and capture only the final amount. Any unused part of the authorisation is released by your bank rather than processed as a refund.
